Organised by Iberian Sustainable Mining Cluster | ISMC, the first session, entitled “From CRM Projects to Investment Readiness”, will move through three focused blocks:
✓ Context & Coaching — introducing the IRMHUB investment support journey, its objectives and the link with the project’s broader activities.
✓ Funding & Readiness — exploring funding and financing resources, real industrial investment-readiness challenges and a practical quick scan to help projects identify where they currently stand.
✓ Discussion & Next Steps — opening the floor to common needs, questions and the next stages of the coaching process.
MNLT Innovations will proudly contribute to the Funding & Readiness discussions, drawing on our work for the development of the IRMHUB Fundraising Pack and supporting the business planning of CRM projects on their path to upscale implementation.
