We are excited to share the successful completion of Ms. Anja Sviben’s two-month internship at MNLT Innovations premises, as part of the RIS-Internship Program.

Anja, a master’s student at the University of Zagreb / Sveučilište u Zagrebu, Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum Engineering, joined us to 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 the integration of Life Cycle Assessment (#LCA) into Sustainable Mining Practices.

During her internship, Anja:
🔍 Deepened her understanding of 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐋𝐂𝐀) and its role in mitigating environmental impacts.
💨 Enhanced her academic knowledge by studying 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 and their connection to sustainability.
🌍 Investigated 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬, health challenges, and working conditions in mining.
