π Location: Kavala, Greece
π Register for free: https://lnkd.in/dC_dJmrd
π Abstract submission (deadline: 26 April 2026): https://lnkd.in/dq3aWVA4
π€ We will be happy to present key findings from our work in the #VOT3D EU project, showcasing how digitalisation in the mining sector can deliver measurable environmental, economic and social benefits.
Our contribution highlights how advanced solutions like VOT3Dβs UAV-based 3D mapping, digital twins and data-driven analysis can:
πΉImprove operational efficiency and safety in underground environments
πΉReduce energy consumption and environmental impact, particularly in ventilation systems
πΉSupport better planning, risk mitigation and resilience in critical raw materials operations
By linking sustainability assessment with real-world applications, we aim to demonstrate how innovation can support safer, smarter and more resilient industrial systems.
π€ We are proud to contribute to this important dialogue and engage with a diverse community of experts working at the intersection of crisis management, resilience and sustainable development.
