MNLT at ZEROSTEEL’s Consortium Meeting

On 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟲, the ZEROSTEEL HORIZON2024 consortium gathered at the Danish Technological Institute in 𝗧𝗮𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗽, 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸, for the project’s 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 — a full day of discussions, updates, and collaboration on the road to 𝗖𝗢𝟮-𝗻𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Partners shared progress on innovations ranging from 𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 and 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 — all driving the transformation toward a sustainable steel industry.

🔬 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
The Meeting continued on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳, with an inspiring visit to MAX IV Laboratory and European Spallation Source ERIC in 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗱, 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻 — world-class facilities advancing materials science — where our partners exchanged with researchers, explored cutting-edge analytical processes, and discussed how advanced infrastructures can accelerate 𝗭𝗘𝗥𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗘𝗟’𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

💡 ZEROSTEEL HORIZON2024 is a pioneering initiative developing next-generation solutions for 𝗖𝗢𝟮-𝗻𝗲𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 by combining renewable energy, H2-based processes, waste biomass utilization, and AI-powered digital twins.

At 𝗠𝗡𝗟𝗧 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, we proudly lead the project’s 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, applying 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗖𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (#LCA), 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼-𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (#TEA), and 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 to evaluate and scale ZEROSTEEL’s technologies for a 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
